Forget about metal wire brushes, cloth polishing wheels or using polishing compounds; what I’ve discovered recently really is the best of all worlds.
3M has come out with bristle brush style polishing and deburring wheels ranging from 50 grit all the way to down to 1 micron.
The big difference here is that you can bury the part your working on into the bristles to get all the hard to reach places and require no polishing compounds.
The brushes come with arbor adaptors to fit nearly all bench grinder sizes.
